Pilates in Women's Health
From Raffles Singapore to Rathgar Dublin

Really excited and honoured to be running the Pilates course in Maeve Whelan's world renowned Women's Health Physio clinic in Dublin. Maeve is an internationally recognised expert in Women' s and Men's health and lectures on both worldwide. Maeve has a large clinic in Milltown Dublin ( near Rathgar). The idea for this course was from a discussion we had with Susan Mc Donnell who is the tutor and Jo Millios an Australian Physio. We all met up at WCPT 2015 in Singapore for the first time where the course was birthed.  Susan is also teaching this course in West Midlands UK in early October 2015.
