Alina will also introduce physiotherapy related strategies to identify and assist with post traumatic stress disorders as they impact on the patient's condition and their assessment & management.
Tutor: Alina Esh is an experienced post natal physio specialist working in both Birmingham Women's Hospital and in The Birmingham Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Clinic with Gerard and Lisa. She has a special interest in post natal trauma . She has previous assisted on the teaching of Introductory Pelvic Floor assessment & treatment to physiotherapists . She has delivered presentations to Post natal trainers & fit pros on post natal trauma and appropriate post natal rehab. She has also uniquely presented to parents and nursery workers on toddler bowel and bladder habits. Her caseload has given her a high volume of post natal trauma patients and she is passionate that these mums get the best care possible. She also balances work with being mum to her daughter who has just started school and being an active member of her local community.
