OMG Our new clinic in Kings Heath Birmingham is open
OMG, Our new clinic in Kings Heath Bham is open

Yes our new clinic is open in the stunning and beautiful new Barefoot yoga studio, Kings Heath

We have had several offers to open a second clinic in the city but have held back until we found the best location in the best place.

The new yoga studio is a cool relaxing venue , just off the high street so bang in the middle of the Kings Heath buzz and next to Gorilla Coffee, probably one of Birmingham's best and most funky coffee shops and also a community hub for the area.

What will we focus on , we have forged a reputation in our Harborne Mother ship clinic of not being afraid to be creative and different and have built one of the UK's only clinics to have 5 pregnancy, Post natal & Women's health physios, 2 men's health physios, a kids bowel and bladder physio not to mention some of the UK's leading Musculoskeletal and sports physios. With fully booked clinics 6 days a week , 60 + 5 star google reviews and tonnes of facebook reviews we have built a loyal and supportive community around our clinic. We are looking forward to doing the same in Kings Heath.

Check out our HS2 Kings Heath clinic on the web link below and let us help you , your friend or loved one get back to living.

Upcoming Event...
An Introduction to Adult Bowel Physiotherapy : Dr Carina Siracusa

Sunday 13th October 2019

This will be one of the few  paediatric to adult life span bowel courses to have ever run in in the UK, Ireland or Europe.  It is aimed at paediatric physiotherapists  and pelvic health physiotherapists.

Description: This course will explore treatment of the bowel from pediatrics to adults. Bowel issues can often start in childhood and plague people throughout their lifespan. When caught early, many of these bowel problems can be eliminated. Constipation is often present early on and can get worse as people age. Conversely, many adults that come to pelvic floor therapy with bowel issues developed these habits in childhood. Therapists must be comfortable asking about bowel history in order to be able to reverse long standing bowel issues. This course will talk about treatment of constipation, fecal incontinence, and other bowel issues from childhood through adulthood. Participants will learn both evaluation and treatment techniques for this population and will come away with things that they can use in the clinic the next day!

  1. Participants will be able to interview patients of all ages appropriately to discern current bowel and bladder habits.
  2. Participants will be able to provide education to patients on good bowel hygiene and positioning habits to optimize bowel health.
  3. Participants will be able to identify proper exercises to facilitate good bowel health.
